Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer concierge team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your diamond jewelry in its original presentation box and include all original documentation, including the grading certificate and invoice, inside a secure shipping container.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
